Database Group - Deceased File
The file contains a list of deceased individuals and addresses dating back over 10 years.

Mortascreen
The file contains the names and addresses of over 6 million deceased individuals and up to 45,000 records are collected each month, accounting for 85% of all deaths in the UK.

REad Group - The Bereavement Register (TBR)

The file identifies known deceased records and contains approximately 2.3 million records, growing at an average of 35,000 per month. Data is collected by registration leaflets at over 4,000 distribution points, including Funeral Directors, hospitals, hospices, charities and solicitors.

disConnect - Equifax Deceased Records
The Equifax disConnect file contains over 900,000 deceased records.

Universal Suppression
The Universal Suppression Service (USS) is a file made of deceased and gone-away records collated from various sources by the Royal Mail.

Experian - Deceased
The Experian file is a composite file of proprietary Experian deceased data and public record information to which Experian append addresses. There are over 1.8m individuals on the file, many of whom are not included on other commercially available sources.

Consumer Gone Aways

Xpression
The Xpression file holds details of movers from the past 2 years and contains approximately 12 million records. It combines the information currently found in the Royal Mail-s National Change of Address (NCOA) File, Read Group-s Gone Away Suppression (GAS) File and Postal Returns and Acxiom-s Purity Database.

Acxiom - Purity
Purity - Acxiom makes sure you only mail people who current live at a target address and only people that have been verified as actually having left their address are entered into the Purity file that contains 13.1 million records.

Database Group Nixies - Gone-Aways
A file of names and addresses of individuals generated over a period of 10 years from postal returns.

GAS - Gone-away suppression file - The REad Group
Using both public & private data sources the GAS file is a compiled list of individuals at addresses they are known to have moved from. The file contains 10.7 million records and is updated monthly with around 100,000 records.

disConnect - Equifax Gone-aways
The file helps businesses identify which of their customers have gone away from the last known address by using the Equifax disConnect suppressions product. The file currently contains in excess of 29.8m gone-away records.

National Change of Address (NCOA)
The National Change of Address file is provided by the Royal Mail, and contains details of consumers using their redirection service. The file contains just under 14 million records and grows at a rate of about 80,000 records per month.

Universal Suppression File (USF) - Gone Aways
Universal Suppression File by Royal Mail provides names and addresses of people who have moved in the UK. The file contains almost 30 million records and is dated back up to 10 years.

Experian - Gone-Away
The file is comprised of gone-aways received from the Experian survey campaigns, gone-aways from client mailings and records from a closed user group of financial services organizations. It contains over 9 million records and is updated quarterly.

Transactis - SubtrAction
SubtrAction is a new source of gone-aways to the industry .The file is driven by postal returns which have been sent back from at least 2 different sources. These sources primarily come from the home shopping industry.

Experian - Absolute Movers
With over 50 million records, the Absolute Movers file provides the greatest depth of coverage for goneaway suppressions. Name and address information and propriety business processes are applied to identify consumer address changes.
Forwarding Addresses

reConnect - Equifax forwarding addresses
A file of individuals linked to the disConnect gone-away file with forwarding addresses. Validated against current Edited Electoral Roll (EER) and other valid data sources.

Trace - Absolute Movers - Experian forwarding addresses
A file of individuals linked to the Absolute Movers gone-away file with forwarding addresses.

NCOA - forwarding addresses
The Royal Mail offer customers a mail redirection service, whereby mail addressed for their previous home is redirected to the new residence. The information compiled from this service is collated into a redirection database from which the National Change of Address (NCOA) file is created.

REad Group Business Suppression
The Business Suppression File offers a unique solution for keeping business movements, only using confirmed goneways from leading industry business databases including Dunn & Bradstreet, Experian, Thomson, Yell & Companies House. The file contains 6.5 million records dating back 10 years.

Individuals opting out of unsolicited mailings or telephone calls

Database Group - No More Mail
A file of individuals who have requested no further direct marketing mail.

Mail Preference Service (MPS)
List of names and addresses of consumers who are not willing to receive unsolicited direct mail from companies.

Mail Preference Service (Baby)
The file contains the records of individuals who opted out to receive baby related mailings.

disConnect - Equifax No More Mail
A file of over 7,000 records of individuals who have requested not to receive unsolicited mail.

Telephone Preference Service (TPS)
The Telephone Preference Service enables individuals to register their objection to receiving direct marketing calls.

Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS)
The Corporate Telephone Preference Service identifies corporate subscribers who registered their wish not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing phone calls.
